CEGELEC (www.cegelec.com), one of the foremost providers of engineering services, has been operating in Indonesia for more than 50 years in the fields of electrical engineering and construction. The company has been operating under the name of PT Indokomas Buana Perkasa since 1984. To support our operations, we are currently looking for :

HR Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in law would be preferred
- Strong analytical and managerial skills
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge in Selection & Recruitment, Training & Development,
- Performance Management, Personnel & Employee Relation, Indonesian Labor
- Laws & Regulation, Relationship with Local Government
- Coordinate and control the implementation of recruitment and selection process to ensure available human resource in timely manner and meet the required qualifications
- Responsible of all HR organization (recruitment / training / payroll / appraisal / etc) and General Affairs
- Fluent English, computer literate, proactive and dynamic
